{"id":3159,"date":"2019-12-12T11:51:40","date_gmt":"2019-12-12T16:51:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bjland.ws\/wordpress\/?p=3159"},"modified":"2021-01-09T10:56:30","modified_gmt":"2021-01-09T15:56:30","slug":"mike-leber-aka-kurt-williams","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bjland.ws\/wordpress\/2019\/12\/12\/mike-leber-aka-kurt-williams\/","title":{"rendered":"Mike Leber (AKA Kurt Williams)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/files.bjland.ws\/blog\/MenAction1_07_leber_a.jpg\" title=\"\" vspace=\"5\" hspace=\"5\"><\/center><\/p>\n<p>more detective work &#8211; while trying to do a post of Duff Paxton, I got distracted as it was hard to find decent pictures of him, but came across a pairing of him with a guy named Steve(n) King (who you may remember from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bjland.ws\/wordpress\/2010\/08\/15\/at-billies-bar-b-que-part-1\/\" target=\"_window\" title=\"includes video clip\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Billie&#8217;s Bar-B-Que <\/a> scene in <i>El Paso Wrecking Corp., <\/i>)- but I digress &#8211;  which brought me to several <i>Men of Action<\/i> magazines, some in my pic archives, some over at <a href=\"https:\/\/retrostuds.blogspot.com\/search\/label\/MEN%20OF%20ACTION\" target=\"_window\" title=\"MEN OF ACTION\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">retrostuds <\/a>, which also included Dan Pace (but not credited as such) and this pairing of &#8220;Jerry Peters and Mike Leber&#8221; above &#8211; which I had seen in my own image collection, but didn&#8217;t look closely enough, until I saw more pics over at <a href=\"https:\/\/retrostuds.blogspot.com\/2017\/11\/jerry-and-mike-in-men-of-action-photo.html\" target=\"_window\" title=\"MEN OF ACTION\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">retrostuds <\/a> where Kurt&#8217;s (Mike) tattoo and face were very clear!
