Should I spend $30+ if I am only really interested in a better quality scan of the above birder pic? <\/p>\n<p>I think &#8220;HUD&#8221; is likely the model&#8217;s name; but no photographer info, or publication date (again, I don&#8217;t have the magazine, so perhaps it&#8217;s there).
