I love this. I mean, it’s really intriguing.

I am amazed that there are even more weirdly sub-titled HIM mags. Special issues? Annuals? I love that we can see that it’s 1978.

I think HIM Exclusive started around 1975. And then HIM Monthly began around 1977. So this was shortly after.

HIM models are sometimes hit or miss, but they often had some great stuff. Little gems. I’m not seeing a lot here that I’m into as far as hot men, although the “Sexy Shower Fun” on the back cover looks REALLY good, but I’m scouring the pages because of the culture and the design and the history that can be gleaned. This is why I love vintage gay porn magazines.

I love how distressed the outside cover is. I know most people want pristine scans, and I do too mostly, but sometimes I really like to see the age and that it was well-loved.
