trucker fucker

Pulled from a magazine, HOT ONES – the erotic films of Arch Brown – but no date of the publication, and no good clues on which film this guy might’ve been in. Other than the the title Trucker Fucker accompanying one of these 2 pics, nada.

sidenote: my Arch Brown page has gotta be my worst director’s page, and is in need of some serious updating/editing/fleshing out, no?

Hey BJ I may have found this one, see if you think this might be a match for your pics above: The Janitor a.k.a. Super. Per the references at the bottom of the listing there was an ad in Michael’s Thing in 1972 (that must be the first box cover image with the artwork) and another ad in a 1981 issue of In Touch for Men. The second image shown on gevi, from a Vinegar Syndrome re-release, has many similarities to your pics such as the guy standing: white tank top, faded jeans, wide belt, long cock and a black cockring wrapped around it. And for the kneeling guy whose face isn’t shown in your pics, a similar looking longish, curly and dirty blond hairstyle.

I had found a collection of In Touch magazine issues on the archive, I’ll look for that and see if the one Woody cites from 1981 is there and if so, what that ad looks like. If I find it I’ll follow up.

The ad by Video Tape Exchange is on page 85 of the In Touch linked below, and once you zoom in you can see a profile pic for The Janitor which would seem to be the same guy in the white tank top. Right next to Jack Wrangler from NY Construction Company. The cast listing on gevi shows four names, two of which are in the ad (Pete Reston and Johnny Phillips) so maybe this is a lead, and you can find more info about this? Makes me wonder if the clip is floating around online somewhere too.

YES! you got it! i took a quick look, and even Vinegar Syndrome cover art matches film (Bijou Video could learn a lesson) something to pursue when i have 2 working arms/hands. but yes, checked the video, its him!

follow up: I think thick cock janitor is Rick West – only model name in the brief credits

I know what you mean about Bijou re-release box covers, sometimes the pics they use are just blatantly wrong. Good to know you think this is a match too, it might be scene 3 based on the description Woody has on the gevi listing, provided by his longtime contributor Derek K. Hope you can find more pics of the white tanktop guy and his (bearded!) friend with the curly hair, or maybe you already have the clip even? It can obviously wait until you’re all healed up of course.

I am in agreement with you both, and I’m glad I’ve been running behind at BJLand because I’m loving all the comments.

Zephyr, I applaud your excellent research!

I know I keep saying I have films, without really knowing for certain, but I actually do have the Vinegar Syndrome’s version of this. I can check and confirm! I swear I’ll do it, but I’ll have to get back to you guys.

OK, so I watched “The Super” and I really enjoyed it. I prefer that title to “The Janitor.” I took notes as I watched, which turned into a massive, detailed synopsis. I suppose that was inevitable. I won’t put that here in the comments, but I will say the following:

– I can confirm that both the photos above and the gifted man who appears in them are from The Super AKA The Janitor. And they are from scene 3. He starts out the scene wearing the light jeans and tank, then oddly changes into leather pants halfway through the scene. The scene is oral-only (with some mutual J/O), but does not disappoint. The other guy in the photos with the bushy hair- a blondish dude (the only blond in the film) who also has a bushy blondish beard- was very enthusiastic.

– The GEVI description, while not as detailed as mine, is pretty accurate, except: the version I watched was 30 minutes longer, had a fifth scene (details below), and a total of 6 cast members. My version also had no opening nor end credits, so I can’t help with IDs, unless I have a photo to compare from or a detailed physical description.

– Trucker guy from above was indeed the titular janitor/super, and he didn’t disappoint. Actually, everybody in the cast was pretty great. Most were dark-haired brunets with naturally attractive, lean bodies a la the 1970s. Also, lots of big dicks! The Super appeared as an active performer in 3 sex scenes, as well as being in a lot of the b-reel footage.

– OK, scene 5. That was the big surprise. I think the reason it’s not in GEVI’s description in that it may have been edited out due to censorship. It includes ass play with toys, fisting & BDSM. Well, no bondage- just flogging and spanking/ass-beating. And aggressive ass play with big toys! The bottom was a very willing participant. No need to tie him up. The lighting in this scene was poor at times, unlike the rest of the film, but that was perhaps its only flaw.

– Another difference in the scene description from Derek K. is a minor one, but important. Scene 3 had a part b sort of. After the scene in the basement with the Super and the bushy blond, we see the two brunets from the first scene jerking off in scenes that are intercut into one small scene. I don’t usually like it when action scenes cut back and forth, but this worked, and it was brief. Arch was perhaps trying to convey that the one young brunet was fantasizing about the other. It’s a full scene though, just short. Scene 3b I guess.

– There were a few things that didn’t work well for me. During scene 3 in the basement, there is a brief segment that’s filmed in a kind of psychedelic way with a lot of twirling and footage overlaid on top of footage all while the blow job continues. This may have been to convey that it was a trippy experience as they were using a lot of poppers. I just found it distracting. There is another bit where a guy is looking at himself in the mirror while naked and starts gesturing at himself and almost trying to meld with himself – I don’t know what that was about.

– Another cool bit: in the 2nd scene with the super and another dark brunet with a little mustache, AKA scene 4, we see that the mustache guy is reading Colt’s Manpower #4 while the super fixes his radio! The radio is soon forgotten.

I really enjoyed this film. Sometimes I wonder why I collect so much print and film porn, but don’t always get around to fully appreciating it. Mostly lack of time, and there’s just so much of it, but also I think because I get a little too caught up in collecting for the sake of collecting. I enjoyed this not just for the pretty great sex scenes, but also for the b-reel stuff and the atmosphere. I even tried to watch with an appreciation for the soundtrack, which I found to be appropriate for each scene and good accompaniment for the action without being intrusive. It was completely instrumental and I didn’t really recognize the music. I also learned another way that poppers were made. Just when I think I’m completely ruined and there’s nothing more to know. Of course there is. These guys are using what looks like long white cigarette filters which come out of a tube or a wrapper. I kept thinking they were they were stopping to unwrap a condom, but of course not, and it’s poppers. I didn’t know they came that way, but it makes total sense because I think it’s one of the ways smelling salts are delivered.

Anyway, I definitely recommend this film if you can get your hands on it. Also if you really like dark-haired brunets. I’m looking at you BJ! There some very hairy guys too. Again, looking at you! Haha (and me). I loved how natural these guys looked. I will try to send the film to BJ. Maybe he can post scene 3a or whichever one is most stimulating to him.

Jeez, this ended up being almost as long as my synopsis. Oh well. Now I don’t know what to do with it. I guess I could send it to Woody.

Maybe this will make up for me not being able to ID Joe Gage in Closed Set. Ha

WOW!!! AMAZINg

so many questions! length? – my copy is 56 minutes
credits? – (opening) mine has director ARCH BROWN, starring RICK WEST – that’s it; no closing credits – your copy
music? – i hear actual singing/songs. EAGLES’ Take It To the Limit; another EAGLES tune; an instrumental LOVE TO LOVE YOU BABY (not sure whos version)

that first moment seeing the JANITOR in his white jeans and huge bulge! The tenant “complaining” janitor is peeping tom – you wouldnt hear me complain!

also, Elton John – HONKEY CAT; Jim Croce – YOU DONT MESS AROUND WITH JIM; a very familiar instrumental after that – cant ID!

That is a wonderfully detailed review of this movie Johnny, pat yourself on the back since you deserve it. Or pat yourself on the butt even though that’s generally more fun when you get somebody to do it for you (the way you want it of course).

Those poppers that came in the short tubes, I remember seeing some of those in one of the scenes from Christopher Rage’s Best Of The Superstars not long ago. Earlier this year was when we talked about that here, and I wrote a review of it after I found it on the archive. Guys actually popped the tubes open and then inhaled the contents through mouth or nose before it dissipated, I think that’s what you’re describing or close to it anyway. I know what you mean though, far more common to see it in liquid form in a small glass bottle as it became later.

“filmed in a kind of psychedelic way with a lot of twirling and footage overlaid” – I swear that feels like it was a requirement for all media in the 60s and 70s when they wanted to depict something trippy. Porn and anywhere else. I can think of numerous porn films where drugs or poppers are shown (or implied) and the camera turns into like a kaleidoscope effect. I just reviewed AMG’s full length Billy Boy from 1970, softcore with simulated sex but there are some mostly if not fully hard dicks, anyway… Towards the end a group of guys smoke pot and as they flair around on the ground moaning, the camera starts doing that same effect. Because audiences had to be thwacked over the head with the obvious ‘this is your brain on drugs’ message too.

The last scene sounds interesting (as does the rest of the music BJ!) so I hope I get to see this one sometime, in part or in full. Great to read about it though, thanks Johnny!
