at 3244 21st street, closed in 1987; building torn down in 1996, what is it now?

There doesn’t appear to be a 3244 21st Street anymore. There’s a storefront business at 3236 21st (“Zelaya Financial Services”) which apparently occupies the area that the old building used to stand on, and a residence next door at 3246.
Check out the Google Street View of the area… I’d paste it in here, but I don’t think the commenting system allows it.
oh cool – i did look at the google map and couldn’t figure it out – I still want the t-shirt!
i have a few pictures, if i can figure out how to send them to you. nothing special, just thought since i was in the neighborhood…
