Scott Manley is one of my favorites from the physique photography era- such wholesome, rugged, youthful, muscular, studly-ness!
But it’s guys like the one above that I often find more intriguing. Who is he? Why are there so few pics. He’s not the traditional looker. I love that era because you see all kinds of types and lots of natural bodies. Muscles are great, but I don’t want cookie-cutter men.
Solo Vol1 No1 (1974) is such a great mag. 60 some pages and only a single pic of each man. Ranging from fairly well-known “stars” to guys like Wolfgang and other unknowns. Only about 5% IDed.
