I’m going hunting
I don’t think Jordon Hunter has appeared much outside of his debut appearance, SPURS #1 (1978). The above photo, as awesome as it is, surprisingly isn’t in that COLT publication. But there it is, February 1978 MANDATE. And I think beyond Spurs, only a handful more pics of Jordon seem to appear in COLT publications – a denim issue, a calendar. I LOVE the pic above; casual, and some awesome balls! Below, quite nice, too; but, hmmmmmm, can’t quite put my finger on it, but, well… if i could only have one pic, it would be the above.
for play?
with 45 posts in the drafts folder, I shouldn’t let myself get distracted over minor things like – who is this guy? why am I fascinated by his curly hair and wondering what, if any films he may have been in? If I saw him near closing time in a bar in 1985, would I have been interested? (did that actually happen? so many questions!)
only clue I have, these pics are from a magazine, undated, called 4-PLAY – solos of 4 men, including of course this guy
edit/update: amazing what happens minutes after clicking “publish” – minutes later, stumbled upon a magazine called Submit, same guy, turns out to be Jesse Fairweather and 1985 is kinda spot on!
2nd edit/update: – and another magazine, Leather Sleaze, with Bosch (huge stache) Wagner
Tuesday’s random jocks
“Needing” to post, but being busy with other things, I decided – “nab the first 6 images when you search your hard drive for JOCK” – and here are the results
shorts
was gonna – shoulda coulda woulda – do a shorts post, but came up, ha! short. so this is what we get
Pete Gable
Mr. Gable appears to have been in only one film, a film apparently I’ve barely ever mentioned except as a punchline back in 2003, Falcon’s SPOKES. I only stumbled upon him while looking for something else in INCHES magazines, and now can’t remember what that initial search was for! Oh well. But it got me thinking, the film comes out in 1983, the Inches issue is 1986, includes only 2 pics besides the cover photo – seems a cover model should have something more substantial than just…. oh.
ok, i get it.
oh no! Only other time I mention him was this post – Pete Gable, is that you? – needless to say, I’ve gotten better in 14+ years since that post!
