I’m pretty sure that this is FOX model Bob Tanner. There is a color(ized?) version of this same photo out on the interwebs that in one place claims it is a 70’s Playgirl model (I can’t find any that would correspond) – https://www.clanofmen.com/2020/03/vintage-playgirl-magazine-model-with.html and then in another place (LPSG boards) claims he is David Carter model Ken Helmsman (mispelled Helsman). There *is* a resemblance but Helmsman is more muscular while Tanner is furrier and has a considerably bigger dick.
