It’s unusual for me to post nearly all of a photo spread – I like to pick and choose, perhaps crop a bit, and present what I think looks good on the computer screen. But lately, having begun paying better attention to who the photographer is, I’ve stumbled on a few with this photography credit: Nick Rodgers! Scroll down to the third, and probably one or two more where I didn’t crop out the photography credit – and I’m now compiling a list of where else (so far, HONCHO magazines) his name pops up. (and nope, the model’s name is no where to be found)
Meanwhile, if anyone wants to take a stab at putting the centerfold together, I’d be ever so grateful. – thanks, LedBear!!

Nick Rodgers as a photographer credit is news to me. At least I think it is. (I should check my notes before making such claims)
I think it’s great either way. This photo spread is certainly new. The one with the model sitting on a step ladder fully-clothed is very evocative. Also, the use of a bright yellow extension cord is creative and goes great with the sox and jeans. Primary colors. I might’ve used the cord a bit more aggressively on his dick and nuts. That always gets me. Love his scruffiness and those eyes.
I will keep my eye out for more Nick Rodgers behind the camera, although I must admit I prefer him in front.

December 1983 is about where I might’ve guessed it would be dated. Early ’80s for sure.
OK, I do have some of that issue. My set is incomplete. “Gas Jockey” was also on the cover. I did notice in my notes that Nick Rodgers is credited for one of the other spreads in that issue! It’s called “Country Comforts.” So now I have to go try to find that.
I guess I *did* know Nick Rodgers was a photographer! See? I should’ve checked first.
Also, I can see now that our Nick did use the cord to good effect on Jockey’s nuts in that one crack shot.
Incidentally, another spread in the mag, this one from Kristen Bjorn and titled “Brazil Bound,” REALLY makes use of cord and rope in an extreme way. I gotta’ see the rest of this issue.
OK, I found it. I need to get my folders in order. The “Country Comforts” layout is smaller I think, but also yummy, with an adorably scruffy mustachioed brunet. It’s too bad I can’t paste photos in these comments.
