Just quickly, because bedtime:

No, I don’t believe this is the same Tom as in the link. Tom (no last name) was blond (fake) with arm tattoos and a beard in almost all pics. Actually I think he didn’t have a beard in his photos with Ledermeister. He did appear with Ledermeister in the film Breakdown and possibly in photos. I’d have to check. Definitely around the same time in the ’70s. GEVI thinks it’s the same Tom, but I don’t agree. Then again, I have barely glanced at the film. Must come back to this.

I thought maybe it could be Tom Littlewolf, another Colt “Tom,” but he was about a decade later. Tattoo Tom was early-mid 1970s. He appeared with Duke Richards, and Erron, and Ledermeister and Stoner, and maybe others from that time. Always with the arm tats, both sides.

There are a couple of other Colt “Toms”- Tom Blake is closer to that time period about- 1979. So he’s a possibility. Tom Blake appeared in Colt’s Grease Monkeys and in Spurs #3. Another Colt “Tom” is Tom Lee but he is dated at about 1987, so not the right time either.

Maybe the “Tom” from this film is just another no-last-name Tom from Colt’s early days? Most of the films included in Best of Colt #7 & #8 were really early films from the early 1970s.

OK, those are my thoughts for right now. I’ll try to circle back around to this later. I’m sure you’ll be waiting by the phone, so to speak. JK, maybe I’m making myself sound more important than I really am. I know you don’t need me to confirm this for you. Maybe some of the other readers will give some answers. I can’t wait to find out.
