Where would Playgirl be without its queer “readers� They owe us big time. Who else made them last, for as long as they did? Remember how soon other magazines like Viva and Fox Lady folded? Men and women aren’t wired the same way. I think it’s silly to think that they both react equally, to the same kind of visual stimuli.

In my book, even guys who only do solos, either on film or in pictures, don’t count. Don’t get me wrong. A hot nude guy is a hot nude guy, but it’s just not the same. As far as I know, Scott Anderson(sen), the Cupid looking star of “Pacific Coast Highway” and “Face to Face”, was never in Playgirl, but I could be wrong. If I am, I’ll stand corrected.
I remember that Andersen appeared sometime in the late Seveties. Part of the shoot was in a hot tub with what appeared to be a full erection jutting from the bubbling water, and I’m pretty certain he used the same name for the spread.
