Stuart is right. It can’t be L.A. Tool and Die. I have a feeling it may be “Two Days In a Hot Place”. It’s the second time he used the name Ty Winslow, instead of Richard Locke. Must be one of his earliest films. Reading the description makes me think I’m accurate.
