What a difference, facial hair can make! When Dick Trask is clean shaven, he looks rather sweet and endearing. But with a full beard, he looks like a mangy ole varmint. As far as I know, Colt never photographed him, for any solo glamor shots. They only used him for action scenes, in either stills or loops. So he was more of a “character†actor, than he was a star. You’ve only mentioned his work with Colt. GEVI, likewise, only mentions his Colt films and “Where Joey Livesâ€.
I’m sure you’ve must have seen this 1978 Falcon loop titled, “Abducted†aka “Working on the Railroadâ€. Of the three protagonists, only one is identified. Dick Trask and a black guy, play railroad workers, who spot a kid, listed as “Kennyâ€, watching them from a distance. They then proceed to kidnap, brutalize, and ultimately, “rape†him. I know you like it rough. I’m surprised you’ve never mentioned this film.
