Not IDed inside the mag, but if you can see his face, you can see it’s Falcon’s Bruce McMaster aka Dave (Brentwood). He is a snack and his “Champs” 3-way with Sky Dawson and Mike Flynn is a scorcher.
Really great mag with 5 small solo sets. Especially if you like hung blond surfer types and tan lines. I just like the hung part. Haha. But the photos are great. Agree it’s possibly photographed by Hy Chase. I really wish they had credited the photographer(s) so we knew for sure.

but I wonder if GEVI has the 2 parts of CHAMPS wrong

Bruce does join Mike Flynn and Sky Dawson in the 2nd part- if I remember correctly. I haven’t watched it in a while. Perhaps Bruce does appear in part 1, but only nonsexually?
– so GEVI just has part 1 wrong, erroneously he lists Bruce when its Mike having sex with Sky. then, “Bruce McMaster come across the two and joins in the exercise.”
We DO see BRUCE in his boat at the beginning of part1, and (young) Mike waves at him (as you suggest, non-sexual, so all 3 men are in both parts)
but once on land, the scene is all Mike and Sky on the beach in part 1. After Mike gets it on the face from SKY…. Bruce’s boat arrives… ending part one… now onto part 2 with all 3 having sex
