BJ, is this the first time you’ve posted this photo? It feels very familiar. (Doesn’t actually mean anything- I might have seen it elsewhere). It is certainly worth posting more than once!
At first glance I thought it was John Towers AKA Butch McCallister, but it clearly isn’t. He never appeared with a beard or a hairy chest. The bicep tattoo is so similar though, although I think it was on the other side. It would be right around the same time that he was active too. the guy above clearly has more hair, blond hair.
I also thought of Rex Brandon (also in the Earthman films) but he’s clearly not a match either.
He still seems so familiar. I could spend some time trying to figure it out, but it could be a waste of time. I think if he was anybody of note, you would have picked up on it.
