Below The Belt isn’t among my favorites but it does have some worthwhile moments – one thing I just confirmed fairly recently is that the blink-and-you-miss-them cumshots of Matt Ramsey and Brian Michaels seen in that film, originated in another. Namely The Master of the Discipline which I found the first half or so of, and left a link here when I did (though I can’t remember where, been scattered a lot lately). Probably one of the Matt Ramsey posts. Don’t get me started on HIS and their weird edits, and I really couldn’t take Vivid Man. I was pretty snobby about buying only from my preferred studios back then. Maybe that’s why I missed Below the Belt, although I’m pretty sure if I’d seen it in the video store, I would’ve rented it. It’s a great cast, so it *looks* great. You could never tell from the cover what the production quality would be. Nothing looks good on video. I still wanna see it.
Below The Belt is all right as I remember it, though it’s not among my favorites for different reasons. And I have not done this one yet, in fact it’s one of only two of Chad’s films I’ve yet to review, the other being Larger Than Life. I did do a post about Chad with lots of links though:
