there are also 20 pages of Tony Regalia alone; plus 4 pages of the men together; and 3 pages of BIG MAX with another, unidentified man (you don’t see the stud’s face) – WHO IS THIS LUCKY MAN?

Mystery Man looks an awful lot like Sam Pasco from the 80s Italian movie Ironmaster. Same face, same body, bad wig.
Big Max = Sam Pasco!! (AKA Mike Spanner). But I’m referring to the guy in the 3rd, 4th and 5th picture who’s face is hidden.

I think you could be right, especially in that last pic. Hair length looks right. Body hair looks right. Is there a mustache? Can’t really see the face, so hard to say. I didn’t think Chuck Stewart was a Colt model, but who knows? I can see it. I never would’ve guessed though. I can’t tell you how much time I’ve spent trying to ID these faceless men in Colt pairings. Well done!

The more I think about it, the more I think you are right. Chuck Stewart aka Chuck Woods appeared with “Mike Spanner” aka Big Max and Jason MacBride in Playguy V1 No12 Sep-1977 and Chuck didn’t have a mustache. They definitely appeared together at least twice for John Gamble/Man’s Image in the late 70s. The Colt website doesn’t have him listed as a model under either alias, but I’m not sure that means anything.

I much prefer Tony Regalia, when his hair is brushed, neatly back. Unfortunately, he later got a nose job. I think he looks gorgeous in this Colt picture below. He looks like a more rugged John Goodman – those dimples!

As I said before, I love thick, curly hair, but it has to be cut short, and brushed neatly back. Otherwise, it can look pretty girly – Pre-Raphaelite style. Not too crazy about this picture. But he still looks hot.

Pictures #3-5 are obviously not Tony Regalia. The hirsute chest and long, wavy hair, belie this.
Tony Regalia’s real name was Rick Poston. His wife Debbie was also a bodybuilder.
