Y’all know I scour magazines, online and in my porno closet and porno basement, for good images – and sometimes I find not so great quality, but still worthwhile imagery like this here of our buddy BRUNO (and a buddy) from a 1990 issue of Mandate, accompanying some friction fiction – someone else’s scan, so I shouldn’t complain (I’ll leave that to pointing out not a single comment on my Bruno post from last month (not that truck, linked above). But quality aside, I am an idiot when it comes to merging two images of a sliced-in-half photo – the ones below. Help me, somebody!
(edit/update:) thanks Zephyr!

Paint is a good program to use, especially if you just want a basic side-by-side of images that may not be 100% perfect. You open one image, expand out the size of the field to make room for what you want to insert, then go to ‘file-import to canvas’ and play around with trying to line it up. Easier when you just want two or more images to share space in a larger one, the lining everything up exactly part from split images in magazines like this can be more advanced. But still possible. I did an amateur combo of this and will email it to you soon.
