no surprise i absolutely LOVE the sleezy voiceover! I have 1982 as the date, and the cast listing in a different sequence – that’s from my saved auction file, which usually reflects the cast in the order it appears in the movie. If 1981 is correct, I wonder if it was Gino’s or Rick’s first?

This Hawk Production features sex at a construction site as its theme. A landlord frets over the progress of construction as his father is about to visit. “Strong on sex and weak on imagination, this virtually continuous sexual romp highlights a great looking cast that is both ethnic and diverse.” – Bijou Video

• Gino Del Mar (most famous for his role in FADE IN – in the spider web with Jon King), comes to check a hole in the ceiling and discovers a tenant sunbathing in the nude. After mutual oral on the sun deck, the duo move indoors and Gino’s ass is appreciated and he is bottom. Then Gino takes a turn as top – condomless.
• A muscular, long-haired, bearded guy and his curly headed friend (Greg Dale) arrive to inspect an apartment but once they get into one of the bedrooms, they examine one another instead! Gino watches from outside the door (groping himself thru his jeans) as they take turns doing oral; Dale gets topped condomless by his lighlty hairy friend – nice photography of his muscular ass.
