From a magazine called Gay Orgies – a mish mosh magazine of mostly solo shots, and the occasional intriguing pair, like the one above, who look so, so familiar. I am guessing the setting for both these shots are the infamous NYC West Side Piers. so no orgies in the magazine, but glad I found the cool Piers link!
