72 hours away from home, at my second home
fair warning: there WILL be more WHALE photos and video – watching the right whales feed was simply hypnotic; stumbling across the harbour seal pup was soooooooooooooo nice, but had me all in a tizzy about how close you can get to it (signs, and info on various websites warn against getting too close, without ever defining a reasonable distance); spotting the finback as the sun was beginning to set was amazing; watching it all with my sweet sweet man just makes it all the more wonderful.
