As I recall Ray didn’t get very hard in any of the few films he made, and that definitely looks like David’s dick for the closeups in this scene. I’ve thought about reviewing this one but never got around to it, I liked Mike Henson of course who was hot during his first years in porn, as well as Rex Morgan.
And I loved Doug Niles, swooooon but he only sits in the diner and talks in this one, and doesn’t get it on with anybody (unfortunately). I went through this whole imaginary relationship with Doug back then, I thought he was dreamy. Silly school boy fantasy shit looking back but I convinced myself he’d be an ideal boyfriend.
Ray looks amazing on the cover but it didn’t really translate to hot sex, at least that I ever saw. Dirk was the sleepwalker in Head Of The Class, that’s a great one too – especially the kitchen scene with Dean Chasen, Billy London and Eric Manchester, who you just posted with Nick Fabrini the other day.

I know what you mean, I remember renting this one (at least in part due to how studly Ray looked on the box cover), seeing Doug was in it and anticipating … a scene that only played out in my head. He easily could have replaced Mark Donovan in the second scene, since it took place in the t-room at the diner where he was already camped out talking to Ray.
Doug didn’t make a ton of films but scanning his filmography at gevi I recognize more than a few: Plunge, Rites Of Spring, My Best Buddy, Undercover and the Powertool sequel made by Jeff Stryker’s production company. As opposed to the Catalina one where they teased that Jeff would be in it by showing that final outside scene from the original again, but had Mike Henson hook up with somebody else instead.
Chad Knight & Dino Phillips are naked on the cover for Quick Study: Sex Ed 1, but they don’t actually have sex until Hard Lessons Sex Ed2 & Cram Course Sex Ed 3. You have get the entire series to see them have sex; they also have sex with other models in the sequels.

I always thought that box cover was super hot. Ray Stockwell was certainly a babe, but maybe hotter in still photos than in his performances? I like his boots and tube socks though.

David Ashfield is Catalina’s stunt dick. Ray Stockwell obviously could not get hard & David Ashfield steps in (for the close-up dick shots). Stockwell was only in a couple of videos before they decided to drop him.
