Clip above is Waterways; the film with Mark Rutter, Sweathogs, I am really not confident in the date – seems Trask ended his film career by 1977…. but Rutter’s seem to have begun later; Where Joey Lives may well have been released before 1977 – at least produced earlier if Joe Gage’s account that he was in it before beginning his director’s career. I am actually not confident in most of the dates – it just wasn’t important – take the film Abducted – it may well have been released in 1974, but the magazine, 1977? Why not, by this time FALCON was distributing the film, so a magazine tie-in probably was a good idea. Magazines were much more likely to have dates on them (and that only means the photos were taken sometime before that date) – ramblings! I have to hit publish, this post has been sitting in drafts for maybe 2 years! It’s a bit more accurate, a few more better-quality pics… enjoy!

What a deluge of Dick Trask! I can’t get enough of this man, and I’ve never seen so much of him thanks in part to you BJ. For years, I would just see him here and there and it took me forever to figure out all his AKAs and appearances. This profile is super informative!
That a sexy clip is a perfect solo showcase of Dick Trask’s assets. It’s a little weird that he jumps in the pool, hand dries himself and then gets in the shower. Also, I feel like the filming is unusual. Seen through a window in the right of the frame, and often shown only from the shoulders down. But it’s still a great scene. To see him in action with someone who may be his equal, I recommend one of my favorites: his film with Mark Rutter, “The Sweat Hogs.” Sweat indeed and definite piggy behavior. They eat each other alive!
For me, Dick Trask is definitely an icon of 1970s gay sexuality. And absolutely one of my most favorite gay porn stars!

The list of mags and films is just great! The mags in particular. Since he didn’t really appear in (any?) monthlies, a list of the mags he did appear in is so helpful. Smutjunkies/GEA is the only place that gives magazine listings and they don’t have a profile for Dick. They should!

He appears with Erron in only two photos. I suppose related to their film together “Look What I Got.”

Great clip, had that voyeur POV thing going for it. Mad props to the estate for having a glass exposed outdoor shower.
Liked the music too, suspiciously in stereo, probably dubbed on decades later, while still leaving the environmental sounds of Mr. Trask getting out of the pool and running the shower water. Sounds like just synth, bass and drums. Wonder they were.
