This is from a Surge Studios spread in the July 1981 issue of Numbers – called Basic Plumbing. I’m pretty sure that is Al Parker’s arm helping out (somehow); speaking of Surge Studios – arrrrgggghhhh – why are BOTH links at my Mr. Parker post from 2014 broken??? arrrrgghhhh
tip: SAVE EVERYTHING!
photographer Joe Tiffenbach; Al Parker and Paul Underwood (who, under that name, doesn’t seem to have done any porn film work). It’s actually quite an extensive photospread – 23 pages – I just haven’t scanned the magazine yet, and alas, the quality of the print isn’t so great, which is not unusual for Numbers Magazine. Also of note, you see Al’s partner Steve Taylor later in the spread, so I think the cock in this pic may well be his.
Yup, I’ve shown photos of our beloved Bruno many times before, in fact, even from this magazine – like when I sold it in 2017 (NOOOOOOO!); a lovely teaser pic – would you say “no†to Bruno? ; and part of my “beard series” here: beard039… all from photographer Len Tavares. The top one is my fave, but the bottom one might be if it wasn’t spread over 2 pages, which I’m not posting a complete version … but FACE, HAIRY BODY, COCK, FEET, CALF – sigh!
Speaking of the photographer, Len Tavares, I don’t give photo credits enough, but I am trying to remedy that when I can – often the pictures from the sources I use don’t give credit – but I’ve seen his name around Mandates, Honchos, perhaps Drummers, and wondered… anywhere else? Leonard “Len†Tavares was Katherine Hepburn’s private photographer!
Here’s an example of a good photo (one I can’t recall seeing elsewhere) but it’s a poor “copy” of it, as it’s something I nabbed sometime ago from an eBay auction, where it’s not scanned, but rather a photograph of a centerfold from a Roy Dean calendar from 1978.
In the fuller image below, you can see how it’s not flattened enough to photograph its best – but at least I know to keep digging for a better version –

1976, Man’s Image; John Gamble might be the photographer, and the model, of course, is Matt Harper
