Round Up
We’ve discussed Round Up before, and my love of Falcon Model 1 – but here we got what I hope is the full 17 & 1/2 minutes film. I wonder how it compares to the version contained in Bijou Video’s Male Stampede, and Falcon’s compilation of sorts – Round Up – maybe they are all the same, but this seemed like a nice copy.

Two Days in a Hot Place (1977) – Director: Lucas Severin – This scene – Luke Hanson and Ty Winslow (AKA Richard Locke)
Luke Hanson’s car runs out of gas and he’s soon picked up by rugged stud Ty Winslow who takes him back to his desert shack for a can of gas and mutual blowjobs in an outdoor shower. Of course, now that I’ve watched more than once, I’m kinda concerned about what happened to the other hitchhiker!
Not the best quality, but worth a look – isn’t looking at Richard Locke always worth it? Re-issued on DVD with two other films, never a good sign for quality when it’s also under 10 bucks!
music/soundtrack – – I hear Memphis, Tennessee by Sandy Bull; but I also hear what I am sure is soundtrack/sounds from Fred Halsted’s L.A. Plays Itself!!!

Keep scrolling, and you’ll see it was near impossible to find pics of Dave Daniels that didn’t include Mike Morris – (not that I’m complaining about Mike Morris!) – but Dave did do more films than Mike (who was in Desert Fox, Joe Gage’s El Paso Wrecking Corp, and of course his COLT film, Summit Meeting) – Dave’s 9 in 5 years compared to Mike’s 3. And Dave didn’t appear (as far as I’ve been able to tell) in many magazines, (not being a COLT model like Mike) – perhaps only the 2 related to Desert Fox listed below. And just some photos from ads. Of course, I’m happy to update if I get additional info. Oh, yeah, I have a Dreamer brochure (somewhere) that should have a pic or two of Dave.
