I know I sold a copy in 2007, nearly sold it again in 2017 before my big move, but either saved it, or just scanned a good quality pic of the box cover art. If you like cum, and/or Matt Ramsey (and no need to comment what his str8 porn name is, I know it, don’t care, and will squeal unflatteringly if you make me think about heterosex, K?) But it’s a good Higgins flick. so glad i (think I ) saved it.

whatever happened to

Cleaning old files, stumbling upon this title sequence, it got me wondering – whatever happened to the restoration of Le Beau Mec? Remember starting back last April, and into the fall, the restored film was getting shown in major cities around the country, and world – “Considered a lost film for decades, the negative of Le Beau Mec was recently found in a garage in Montgomery Alabama, with a trove of letters and documents corroborating what had long been rumored…” blah blah blah…. But has it become commercially available yet? Not as far as I can tell.

That blurb from the publicity for the showings – “found in a garage in Montgomery Alabama” made it sound quite mysterious – miraculous even, right? But googling for more info, I found director Wallace Potts’ obituary (and another Wallace Potts obituary here), where it says he was born, and buried in Montgomery! So maybe it wasn’t “a” garage, but his? or his parents or other relative? anyhoo… more digging, and I found this utube review – I didn’t watch, I imagine it’ll be full of titters and whatnot (sex! oh my!) so watch and report back for me, K?

Obsessed

I don’t usually single out our readers for a post – in fact, I doubt it’s ever happened. Here I am on a dreary Saturday, trying to get some work done, scanning a magazine, and I get interrupted with a comment “pending” in my wordpress admin page. Oh, look at that – someone thinks he’s solved a great gay porn mystery!! But then goes on and on, and on (and on) with zillions of paragraphs, and bazillions of links (as helpful as they may be) and had to do the “I’m better than everyone else dance” …. But somehow the program knew to put that comment on hold, awaiting my approval. Well how ’bout that??! Imagine knowing more than anyone else, but yer little typing fingers are all tied up?
